I first contacted Rose during the peak of the Corona- Virus pandemic, during those difficult time I had a tenant taking advantage of my elderly parents. Unfortunately, the situation was uncontrollable and had to wait patiently until the eviction was handled properly and finalized. In the meantime, the Townhouse Association had a heap of compliances that needed to be adhere to.
